Performance Specialists LLC

Performance Specialists LLC was founded in 2005 by Patrick Keefe. Pat graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and worked his way through college essentially doing field HVAC work; hanging ductwork, installing HVAC systems, moving into design and design-build. While in the employ of a major design-build contractor, Pat developed many interesting control and design strategies in the late 80's and early 90's, mostly out of necessity. Customers had very limited capital budgets, but found themselves spending tremendous amounts on utilities and upkeep.
